The sale is subject to the approval of the Monetary Board. Physical possession of the properties was transferred to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas on 10 December 2025 pursuant to the Writ of Possession dated 18 February 2025 that was issued by Branch 208 of the Regional Trial Court of Mandaluyong City, in LRC case No. MC06-392, entitled "Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas v. Vicente Jose Campa, Jr." The Notice of Lis Pendens was annotated when the plaintiffs-intervenors in Commercial Case No. 06-114866 prayed for, among other things, the nullification of the third-party mortgage that they executed over the properties in favor of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. In the Supreme Courts Order in G.R. No. 185979, however, Commercial Case No. 06-114866, which was filed as a derivative suit, was re-docketed as Civil Case No. R-MNL-19-03019-CV to be resolved as an ordinary civil action. The Supreme Court also held that the plaintiffs-intervenors motion for intervention should be re-filed in the civil case, but no such refiling was made. Accordingly, the case has proceeded before Branch 10 of the Regional Trial Court of Manila without the participation of the plaintiffs-intervenors. Thus, the properties are not involved in litigation in Civil Case No. R-MNL-19-03019-CV. Notice of Levy which was caused to be annotated by the plaintiffs in Civil Case No. 415-M2005 on 02 December 2005 to give notice that the properties are subject to legal attachment. The BSP, however, registered its mortgage over the properties on 24 July 2000. For more details, please contact:

Made for Filipinos looking for a smarter way in.

Foreclosed properties are one of the few realistic paths to homeownership in the Philippines — but every bank hides their listings behind a different website, broken search, and outdated PDFs. This site fixes that. One place, every bank, updated nightly.

Built by one stubborn developer. Kept free on purpose. Help keep it that way.
